What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of GoodRec games and revenue. The Business Development team is in charge of growing company revenue and profit through strategic planning and building relationships with our partner facilities (clients). Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify and secure new facility partnerships in target markets.

  • Book field time at new and existing facilities to maximize game availability.

  • Handle cold outreach, follow-ups, and deal negotiations with facility owners.

  • Collaborate with the BD team to ensure a smooth transition from facility acquisition to scheduling.

Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Tech and Data Savvy: Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and analyzing data on Google Sheets.

  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly prioritize tasks.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication (C1/2 level)

  • Full-time availability

  • 1+ years in sales or business development, ideally with outbound prospecting experience

  • Education: Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience.

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure field space at competitive terms.

  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and scheduling logistics.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.

  • Strong CRM and communication skills to track and optimize outreach efforts.

  • Background in sports, events, hospitality, or facility management preferred.
