GoodRec started 3 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in the United States. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play!

What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of GoodRec games and revenue. The Business Development team is in charge of growing company revenue and profit through strategic planning and building relationships with our partner facilities (clients). Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Analyze game revenue and profit and make strategic decisions in the team on where to expand games.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

  • Analyze data to assess the correct growth strategies and provide recommendations to the executive team.

  • Relationship management: Build relationships with our partner facilities, identify and solve potential issues, and communicate effectively with the facility manager.

  • Scheduling: Communicating and negotiating schedules with facility partners and booking the right game times.

  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.


We're looking for:

  • Tech and Data Savvy: Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and analyzing data on Google Sheets.

  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly prioritize tasks.


  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication (C1/2 level)

  • Full-time availability

  • 3+ years experience in commercial roles

  • Education: Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience.

  • USD $1600 - $2000 / month depending on experience.
